1 General Provisions

bgd11 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service built for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of bgd11's website, mobile version, or any related services.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. bgd11 is not liable for losses resulting from third-party access.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgd11 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Accepted documents include a national identity card or passport.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

Users must be 21 years of age or older to use bgd11's services. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our primary responsibilities.

bgd11 may request age verification documents at any time in cases of suspicion. If verification fails, both the account and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bgd11 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions via third-party accounts or any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 10–45 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal request, bgd11 will confirm whether the wagering requirements of any associated bonus have been met. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. It is recommended to deposit and withdraw using the same method.

4.4 Failed Transactions

bgd11 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by technical errors on the part of a bank or mobile operator. Please contact our support team for such issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgd11 offers a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on your first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total Balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be claimed only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
• bgd11 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• Attempts to misuse a bonus or exploit system vulnerabilities may result in account cancellation.
• Claiming bonuses using more than one account will result in all accounts being closed.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bgd11 are conducted fairly and transparently. Results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users are required to follow our policies to ensure fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply when betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled due to a technical error, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement will follow bgd11's regulations.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

When playing in the live casino and slots sections, users must stay within the designated bet limits. If a session is disconnected due to a technical issue, the result will be determined based on server logs.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgd11:

• Playing using any bot, script, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Placing fraudulent bets in collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 bgd11's Authority

bgd11 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time.
• The need to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining funds may be withdrawn, subject to all conditions being met.
